Thank you for choosing MabellaHair for your wig needs. We strive to provide you with high-quality products and exceptional customer service. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you with our return policy.

24 hours Return Period

We offer a 24 hours return period from the date of delivery. If 24 hours have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

NB: For international clients, the notice of the return must be given within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your wig must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used wigs, altered wigs, or wigs with removed tags. Custom-made wigs are also non-returnable.

Return Process

  1. Contact our Customer Service team via the contact form to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Pack the item securely in the original packaging, including all accessories, and clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship the item to the address provided by our Customer Service team.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your wig for a different style or color, please contact our Customer Service team. We will assist you in processing the exchange and provide further instructions.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Service team immediately. We will arrange for the return of the item and provide a replacement or issue a refund.
